Check for Updates Instructions
STEP 1: To check for updates, launch your StoryBoarding software. Go to the Help drop-down menu and select "Check for Updates." |

STEP 2: This will launch your brower. Enter your name, email, and serial number.
If you purchased a download version, copy and paste your serial number from the emailed receipt. Be mindful to make sure it’s exactly (including CaSe) as shown in your email.
OR
If you purchased a boxed copy, type the serial number with the exact spacing with dashes and capitalizations. The serial number in the boxed versions should be located behind the disk. |

| STEP 3: If a newer version is available you will see a screen that looks like the one below. Click on the Build Number link to begin downloading the update. |

| STEP 4: Save the Installer on your Desktop. |

| STEP 5: Double click the installer. You should see the following dialog box. Click Run. |

| STEP 6: This will launch the installation wizard. If your storyboarding software is open, close it. Follow the instructions in the installation wizard to install the update. |

AutoActuals
If you've recently upgraded your operating system or Excel version, you'll need to upgrade your AutoActuals version as well. As Excel and system software evolve, so does AutoActuals. We update in order to help you to process the data and wrap your jobs.
If you are planning on using a new version of Excel, make sure you check with PowerProduction for details of the Excel version compability.

CostumePro
